We regularly evaluate the quality of our work and we do everything to stay as good as we are and still improve. All staff have the possibility to attend further in-house trainings.

We have enough capacity and our organisation is slender and efficient, which allows us to process orders immediately and to react to all challenges within a very short period of time. PHS was founded in 1987 and currently employs more than 250 staff members. PHS is a subsidiary to the “Bethanien” Social Welfare Services Union in Zurich.
In August 2007, the first PHS office in Aarau commenced operations.
