How to contact us
Just call us and discuss your request with a director of assignments. We will plan further proceedings together.

We examine your requirements
Within a very short period of time, a PHS director of assignments will discuss your care service requirements with you at your home or, if necessary, while you are still in hospital. For this purpose, he or she needs to get an idea of your situation in order to assess your need for care according to your state of health. After that, we will contact your family doctor for the Spitex prescription.

We plan your individual care
Based on the examination of your requirements, we plan your care scheme and create a care record which will be kept at your home. This confidential record is the working tool for all persons involved in your support and care.

We support and inform you
Professionals from different disciplines support you. The director of assignments appoints and coordinates the staff members. He or she is your contact person and always at your disposal. It is our aim to keep the same care and domestic staff members constantly appointed to you. Nevertheless, changes within a care team may occur.

How we charge our services
Our staff members log their working hours on a code sheet at your home. Based on these logs, we invoice you twice a month. Your health insurance company will reimburse the costs for the preliminary discussion, consulting and care (depending on complexity and additional insurance).
